I was not feeling very wellso the doctor checked my heart and said I needed more exercise. I have never been very active, and I do not like sports.I have always wanted a pet,so my parents gave me a dogformy birthday.Now I get exercise by takeing him for a walk every day.I have had him for three months now and I feel really healthy.

这句话“Since then,it has becomepart of my life.”我最不知道了，become不是短暂性动词吗？为何这时还可以与since then连用？为何不是用“Since then,it has beenpartof my life.”？

请问“I was not feeling very well”为何要用过去进行时？
假如用过去时felt（did not feel)，就是说不舒服的感觉目前已经消失了，而且只不过简单说“感觉不舒服”这个意思。结合句意，作者说自己在过去一段时间里一直感觉不舒服，所以才去找大夫。用was feeling指不舒服的感觉一直延续到看大夫。
请问这个蓝色的“for”在那里的意思是？
my parents gave me a dogformy birthday，这里的for就是“作为”的意思。
有in excellent condition那样有没out of excellent condition？
没吧，out of condition是“身体健康情况不好”，而excellent是“非常好的”的意思，两者放在一块，不是非常矛盾吗？除此之外，我想起了excell in这个固定搭配，excel是excellent的动词形式。
请问这句话为何不需要目前完成时？

我感觉这里要看句意和动词的性质。复习资料里的意思是“在最后的20年里，大家的城市已经改变了不少”，说明改变是已经一段时间完成的。当然，用过去时的话就简单陈述了一个情况而已。
这句话“Since then,it has becomepart of my life.”我最不知道了，become不是短暂性动词吗？为何这时还可以与since then连用？为何不是用“Since then,it has beenpartof my life.”？
我感觉是两者是一样的。“已经成为”，汉语也这么说吧？！
